• If you wish to reserve a King Guestroom, please enter WEFWEFA in the group code field.
• Next, all they need to do is enter their ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE date to begin the reservation process.

• If you prefer to make reservations by telephone, they can call our reservations department at 1 888 236- 2427 and ask for the Women’s Expo Forum Overflow Room Block at the Courtyard Greenbelt.
• As a reminder, the cut off date for your reservations is Friday, March 2, 2012. The rooms are available until 5:00 pm on this date. After 5:00 pm, any unreserved rooms will be released back into general inventory.
